| Shipping and Handling
( We ship U.S. Domestic & International):
The Versa Store USA offers a variety of shipping and handling
options at several different prices and delivery schedules
through UPS (Ground , 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next
Day Air by 10:30 A.M. ) as well as FedEx. Versa Technology
is unable to deliver to PO, or APO addresses due to carriers
being prohibited.
Next Day Air ( by 10:30 A.M.) : Morning of the next business
day after shipment. Items may be shipped by a variety of carries,
including UPS and FedEx.
3 Day Select: Afternoon of 3rd business day after shipment.
Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS
and FedEx.
2 Day Air: Afternoon of 2nd business day after shipment.
Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS
and FedEx.
Ground: 2 to 7 business days after shipment. Items may be
shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

Shipping Damaged Products:
Versa Technology Inc. is not liable for shipments that are
damaged. However as part of our policy we do insure new shipments
on behalf of the customer unless otherwise notified. Compensation
for these damaged products will be paid out once the shipping
service has ascertained that the fault is theirs and reimbursement
for the shipping damage loss amount has been forwarded to
Versa Technology Inc.
Shipment Shortage:
Upon receipt of a shipment the customer has 5 days to contact
Versa Technology Inc. should the shipment be found to be short
or incorrectly shipped. Once determined by Versa Technology
Inc. that an error has been made a refund or credit will be
generated for the customer. Shortages can be amended by issuing
a back order but this is dependent on the preference of the
customer
Guaranteed Shipping:
Certain shipments are shipped with an acceptable guaranteed
time period. When these shipments are delayed it is possible
to request refunds on the shipping cost. Versa Technology
Inc. is not responsible for discovering whether these shipments
are delayed. To get your refund should a delay occur in your
receiving of the shipments please contact Versa Technology
Inc. and inform us and we will be more then happy in assisting
you in getting a refund when possible from the shipping service.
Refunds will be credited to your account at Versa Technology
Inc.
