30 Days Trial:

Customers must pay the full amount in order to participate in the 30 days trial. Once the equipment has been returned after the 30 days trial period they will be credited back the amount purchased. Customers have a two week grace period to return the products after the 30 days are up, after which any products not returned will be treated as a final sale. Standard restocking fees and damage to product penalties will apply here. Original packaging and materials must be kept and product condition will determine the amount refunded to the customer. To participate in the 30 days trial you must request to participate and be notified of acceptance.

 

Restocking Fee:

Versa Technology Inc. reserves the right to bill the customer a restocking fee for orders that are returned. Any items lost or damaged during trial usage may result in a penalty fee charge equal to the cost of the product but never to exceed its amount. A minimum restocking fee of 15% on the invoice for orders that are returned in mint condition. This fee is to subsidize losses incurred when returned items are lost, damaged, packaging deformed, printed materials lost and etc.

 

Serial Numbers:

Serial numbers on all products should never be removed, obscured or duplicated. Any visible signs of tampering or use of non-true serial numbering labeling will result in the product warranty being voided and investigations initiated to determine if criminal tampering and fraudulent practice has occurred. If so determined Versa Technology Inc. will prosecute the guilty parties to the full extent of the law.

Warranty Info:

Versa Technology Inc. honors its products Versa Technology engineers and manufactures the products sold to the highest standards available. All products come with a ONE year limited warranty on all products sold by directly by Versa Technology, unless specifically stated otherwise on our product documentation. This warranty period of one year applies from the ship date to all our products which are purchased legally and owned by the original customer. If you have purchased the product from a reseller you must contact the reseller directly. Should repairs fail to recover the product Versa Technology Inc. will replace the product with a similar product or a suitable replacement. Other information is as follows.

  • Versa Technology is not responsible for any other cost incurred.
  • All replacement units inherit the existing warranty.
  • Expedited return can be fulfilled for a predetermined fee.
  • An extended warranty may be purchased for eligible equipment.
  • If a product needs to be returned for RMA you can fill out the form here.

The Limited Warranty applies only to products sold directly by Versa Technology that can be identified as a Versa Technology product (by name, logo, purchase documentation). The Limited Warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication; (b) damage caused by unauthorized service performed by anyone who is not an authorized Versa Technology service specialist (c) a product or a part that has been modified without the written permission of Versa Technology; or (d) if any Versa Technology serial number has been removed or tampered.

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, VERSA TECHNOLOGY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF VERSA TECHNOLOGY CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. No Versa Technology reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. VERSA TECHNOLOGY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH VERSA TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS, AND ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF DATA STORED ON THE PRODUCT. Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of indicidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or province.

Shipping costs of products being returned are the responsibility of the customer. Cost of shipping products back to the customer will be paid by Versa Technology Inc. (Free ground shipping for USA - domestic customers only. International customers are responsible for shipping costs.) This warranty only applies to the customer whom purchased the product directly from Versa Technology.

 

Out of Warranty Service:

For products which are out of warranty, please call or fax in for a RMA number. Once the products for repair are received a quote will be generated for their repair. Customer approval must be obtained before work is begun in repairing or replacing the products. Once the products are repaired, payments must be made or sent for their repair costs before they are shipped back to customers. Shipping costs both to and from the customer are billed to the Customer for products which are out of warranty

Return Material Authorization:
Versa Technology Inc. will only accept product returns only if a RMA number has been issued to the returned product. Any products returned to Versa Technology Inc. without an authorized RMA number will be sent back to the customer with the shipping charge billed to the customer in question. To fill out an online RMA Form, click here.

No Product may be returned directly to Versa Technology Inc. without first contacting Versa Technology Inc. for a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, you will be given an RMA number and instructions for Product return. Your original box and packaging materials should be kept for storing or shipping your Product.

To request an RMA, please place a call, fill out the online RMA form or fax to Versa Technology Inc. at 909-591-8891 Tel, 909-591-6962 Fax and provide information on the type, serial number of the product, invoice number of which the product was purchased and your company information. Office hours are from 9am PST to 6pm PST Mondays to Fridays.

All Return Materials must be clearly marked with their RMA# written visibly on the outside of the parcels.

If your purchases were made through our China Offices please contact Versa Technology Ltd. for a RMA number that needs to be issued.

Shipping Info:
Shipping and Handling ( We ship U.S. Domestic & International):

The Versa Store USA offers a variety of shipping and handling options at several different prices and delivery schedules through UPS (Ground , 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air by 10:30 A.M. ) as well as FedEx. Versa Technology is unable to deliver to PO, or APO addresses due to carriers being prohibited.

Next Day Air ( by 10:30 A.M.) : Morning of the next business day after shipment. Items may be shipped by a variety of carries, including UPS and FedEx.

3 Day Select: Afternoon of 3rd business day after shipment. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

2 Day Air: Afternoon of 2nd business day after shipment. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

Ground: 2 to 7 business days after shipment. Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx.

Shipping Damaged Products:

Versa Technology Inc. is not liable for shipments that are damaged. However as part of our policy we do insure new shipments on behalf of the customer unless otherwise notified. Compensation for these damaged products will be paid out once the shipping service has ascertained that the fault is theirs and reimbursement for the shipping damage loss amount has been forwarded to Versa Technology Inc.

Shipment Shortage:

Upon receipt of a shipment the customer has 5 days to contact Versa Technology Inc. should the shipment be found to be short or incorrectly shipped. Once determined by Versa Technology Inc. that an error has been made a refund or credit will be generated for the customer. Shortages can be amended by issuing a back order but this is dependent on the preference of the customer

Guaranteed Shipping:

Certain shipments are shipped with an acceptable guaranteed time period. When these shipments are delayed it is possible to request refunds on the shipping cost. Versa Technology Inc. is not responsible for discovering whether these shipments are delayed. To get your refund should a delay occur in your receiving of the shipments please contact Versa Technology Inc. and inform us and we will be more then happy in assisting you in getting a refund when possible from the shipping service. Refunds will be credited to your account at Versa Technology Inc.
