At Versa Technology Inc. when we acquire information to process
a payment such as the customer’s name, address, credit
card number and expiration date. In the process of processing
this payment we may need this information to be passed on
to a credit card gateway in order to process the batch payment.
At which point that information will be subject to the strict
privacy policy that is employed by the specific credit card
gateway provider. Versa Technology Inc. is unable to affect
or control the privacy parameters of these gateways and links
from our website which extend from beyond the reach of our
control. Therefore we cannot be held accountable for any actions
that are taken outside of our immediate realm of control.
Customers should be aware that legally by law they are only
liable for the first $50 charge in cases of fraud. However
in certain credit cards there exist policies which allow the
customer to have no liability in cases where fraudulent charges
are posted on to their account. In these cases it is best
to first check with your respective credit card agency for
specifics regarding cases of fraud.
Foremost of all, your personal information at Versa Technology
Inc. is carefully guarded and at no time will it ever be forwarded
to any third party unless required by Law or special permission
has been obtained and provided from the customer in question.
We carefully protect your personal information from loss,
misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
At times we may require the customer’s Social Security
number, and credit information, in cases where our customers
may desire to set up a credit account with Versa Technology
Inc. The Social Security number will be used only to perform
our credit checks so that we may determine the credit ranking
of the individual customer or the credit information and background
of the company. The information gathered here will allow us
to determine the amount of credit to extend to our customers.
This information will be used for no other purpose other then
what has been stated for which is the intent to only discover
or verify a customer’s credit history and performance.
When browsing our website the customer may rest assured that
no personal information is acquired unlawfully or recorded.
Though the customer IP maybe logged this information is used
only for us to better assist and evaluate the performance
and usability of our website. An aggregate calculation of
hits is calculated to allow us to better understand the statistical
behavior of customers when surfing our website. Customers
should know that their IP address in no way reveals any personal
information nor do we attach the customer’s personal
information with their IP that is logged. Through the use
of logging these IP’s we hope that it will enable us
to design and enact changes t o our website that would prove
to be more beneficial to our customers.

or removed but we will endeavor to reveal to our customers
all the changes that are made through the use of our website
